TAXES AND INTERNATIONAL SALES
Taxes will be calculated based on the location of the shipping address. International shipments are subject to extra shipping fees including duties, customs, and taxes of recipient’s country and are not the responsibility of Morgan Reed Jewelry.
Items are shipped within 2-4 weeks from date of purchase via USPS in Chicago, IL. Morgan Reed Jewelry will ship to the address provided on your paypal account which is received via bigcartel. It is your responsibility to ensure it is correct.
All shipments are insured for the value of the item being shipped. From the moment your order is shipped, the ownership of the parcel passes over to you. It is your warranty to us that you will be able to accept the delivery and the information you give us is correct and complete.
Shipping charges will be calculated through the shopping cart and will vary based on the size, weight, and number of items and other factors.
All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday 12pm, excluding holidays. Orders received on Fridays after 12pm, weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information when item is ready to ship.
Morgan Reed Jewelry is unable to accept or process order cancellations.
REPAIRS & EXCHANGES
Morgan Reed Jewelry reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for damages we deem are due to faulty care of item(s). All items are thoroughly inspected for integrity before shipment.
Repairs: We want you to love your new piece and will happily repair or replace pieces at no cost when a manufacturing fault is believably our own, if possible, up to 30 days after you receive your item(s). You must email images, description, proof of purchase, and then we will determine if repairs are possible and get back to you ASAP. Items must be sent back to and received by Morgan Reed Jewelry before a replacement is made. Return shipment costs are at the responsibility of the customer. Items must be packaged for protection using padded materials. Replacements may not be possible on sale items, or with pieces that are limited edition.
Refunds: Morgan Reed Jewelry reserves the right to deny all refunds.
Exchanges: If you are unhappy with your item or it doesn’t fit, you may return the item within 5 days of receiving it for store credit or the same item in a different size (in the case of rings). You must email email@example.com within this time frame for your return to be approved and processed. If accepted, you will be provided with return information. Item must be postmarked and sent within 5 days after approval.
Please understand that exchanged item(s) are subject to availability. If your size or item(s) is not in stock, it may take up to 4 weeks to ship your new item(s).
All return shipment costs, customs, duties, etc. are at the responsibility of the customer. You are wholly responsible for the package until it is received by us. Package insurance and tracking information is required.
Items will be inspected to ensure they are in original condition, and, if they meet this standard, a credit or exchange will be issued within 48 hours of arrival. This assessment is at the sole discretion of Morgan Reed Jewelry.
It is your responsibility to find your ring size and to read all sizing information before purchasing. Our goal is to explain everything as throughly as possible in our item descriptions so that you thoroughly understand the products before you buy. Always feel free to email your questions before purchase.
Exchanges, returns, and refunds are not accepted on custom orders.
